If the order is cancelled, a percentage of the order value for the chair and a percentage for products made of wood or metal will be deducted as compensation for the damage resulting from the start of the manufacturing process.

That table sets out the discount rate process

If the order is canceled after 3 days, a discount will be made  5% For the chair and its value 25 %  for wooden and metal products

If the order is canceled after 6 days, a discount will be made  10 % For the chair and its value 50%  for wooden and metal products

After7 days, the order may not be canceled and the amount paid may not be refunded

The product is checked by the customer before the delivery representative leaves, receiving the product is an implicit acknowledgment and approval by the client that the product is free of any technical defects that prevent the use of the product.

How can I return a product?
Should there be any damage due to the shipping, please contact us via our social media platform or email within 24 hours from delivery to report it using at least 3 pictures or 1 video presenting the damage to issue a return request for your item. (Terms & Conditions Apply).

Should there be any missing parts/defective products; it must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date stating the nature of the damage/fault/shortage using 3 pictures or 1 video via our social media platform or email. (Terms & Conditions Apply).
